Christ The King

Maybe things seem just a tad challenging. Maybe times seem just a bit overwhelming. Maybe your encountering deep hurts, sorrows, loss, grief or quite possible trials, tribulations, persecution or just flat out hard times. If so at least you can determine your situation and the season.

I just want to encourage you in Christ that regardless of the situations and circumstances. That you can call upon the name of the Lord, that Christ is there for you, that His mercies are new every morning and that His love can rush in like a river flowing from heaven and change your situations.

Call upon the name of Jesus.

Passion That Redeems

1Jo 3:16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

Christ paid the ultimate sacrifice for us, showing us His Redeeming Passion when He dies for the sins of the world on the cross at Calvary.

The Unmovable Rock That Stands Strong

In many ways life is like the waters of the ocean beating on the shore. Sometimes the waves are gentle, and roll in. Yet other times when the storms come the waves are violent, raging and come crashing in. However if you stand on the Rock, the Rock will remain. No matter how violent the waves become, the Rock will stand.

Christ is the Rock.

Christ's Redeeming Passion

It's not about us, but about Christ and His Redeeming Passion. Our ministry sites and blogs are not about who we are, but about who Christ is. We don't seek to market us, and what we have accomplished, but rather who Christ is and what He has accomplished. There are no pictures to date of the we's and us's. There is no mention of my name, my wife, our ministry staff or the latest puffed up what we have done. No we seek to do all things to the Glory of God, and to His Glory alone.

We preach Christ crucified, the word of God, His Glorious Kingdom and don't use the Kingdom of God to Glorify ourselves or magnify our accomplishments. Yes, it is about Christ and His Redeeming Passion. Isn't that what truly matters or shall we seek to minister and reach out to others, just to write about it?

Lay up treasures in heaven, not before men. Write about Christ, His Redeeming Passion, His love, His Grace, His promises, and the eternal life that He so freely gives to all that come to Him.
